Site requirements for approval as a publisher in VADpay:
There is no requirement that is sure to become a publisher in VADpay. VADpay will be manually reviewing every website publisher. VADpay not accept websites that:

• Produce, provide or link to excessive profanity, illegal drugs or related content, hate or hate graphics content
• Engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking, spamming and infecting.
• Is under construction.
• Sponsor "incentive clicks", is "get paid to surf" program, or use resident desktop objects such as bars and window frames.
• Contain an excessive amount of advertising in general.
• Include incentives of any kind for users to click on ads. This includes encouraging users to click on ads or visit the advertisers' and advertising label with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertising".
• Require or request the end user to download a dialer in order to view the content of the site.
• View our ad as a result of the actions of any software application, such as the toolbar. No VADpay ad code can be pasted into any software application. VADpay may not accept sites related to some kind of client-side software or offer these types of client-side software.

Payment Terms:

• Minimum payout $10 and $50 for wire
• VADpay will issue payment 7 days after the end of each week that VADpay ads are running on your site if your earned balance is US $10.00 or more.
• Payment will be made through Paypal, Moneybookers, Webmoney, AlertPay and Wire transfer.
